The contestants have to fill in an application form and post to :

Jakub Pustina ( International vocal competition), Melkovice 2441, Žďár nad Sázavou, CZ 591 01, or sent it via e-mail: info@pustinacompetition.cz until February 15th, 2012. After sending the application form and received the confirmation about competition vacancy, the registration fee (100EUR) shall be paid by 10 days.If the contestant fails to attend the competition, the registration fee shall not be reimbursed. The accommodation fee will be paid on the place during the check in time.
